Refund/Return policy

Defective or incorrect items: 

Please inspect your goods once you receive them and contact us within 7 days at info@auraspritz.com  if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect item. Please send a picture, your order number, and an explanation of your request to: info@auraspritz.com 

We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected it for ourselves we will then deliver the correct product to you if available or either refund or credit your account within 10 working days. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and will endeavour to resolve your issue timeously.
